Making a great Napa Cabernet has been my mom's dream since the 70's. When we started terre et sang it was the chance to try and make that dream come true for her. So, we set forth to find something really special. Knowing what we were after, a good friend and fellow winemaker took us to Moulds Family Vineyard. It was love at first sight.
Never could we have pictured a place so exquisitely farmed. It appealed to every one of our winemaking tenets. Our partnership with the Moulds family was quickly forged in steel over the desire to do something really special, together. The first time we met, Steve welcomed Dalita to their family and we were off and running.

Dense purple-hued, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Sidecar Moulds Family Vineyard shows remarkable purity in its creme de cassis, graphite, crushed violets, and black raspberry-like aromas and flavors. Aged 20 months in 82% new French oak, it's medium to full-bodied, has a plush, round, sexy mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a great finish.
