Our flagship 2018 Stone the Crows Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate Three Twins Vineyard shows a deep, royal ruby-purple in the glass. One swirl reveals fabulous aromas of candied violets, ripe blackberry, blueberry, and cherry liquer, along with rich earthy aromas, and spiced mountain sagebrush. Incredibly pure and layered, offering decadent blackberry fruit, spiced plum, and creme de framboise, even hinting at blueberry tart. All this succulent fruit is underscored by silky, elongated tannins that are chewy and powerful, supported by a firm acid backbone and framed by elegant French oak accents, splashes of dark chocolate, brown baking spices, and a long dark cherry finish with tobacco leaf accents... | Stone the Crows

Made by Thomas Rivers Brown, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Three Twins Vineyard comes from a five-acre hillside vineyard located in the hills above St. Helena. It offers a solid bouquet of blackcurrants, crushed rock-like minerality, chocolate, smoked tobacco, and earth. This carries to a full-bodied wine with a rich, mouth-filling texture, building tannins and structure, terrific overall balance, and a great finish. This is a rockingly good Cabernet that certainly punches above its price point. It benefits from air and is going to evolve for 15+ years or more. It's well worth seeking out. | 95 points, Jeb Dunnuck
