2021 Saxum Paderewski Vineyard | Willow Creek District AVA, Paso Robles California 750ml

Classic Paderewski, with its round supple tannins and crushed red fruit aromatics. There's just something that makes this vineyard always come through in it's profile that is hard to describe, so I tend to just think of it as "Paderewskiness". For those that are fans of this bottling, you are going to love this version. It was brought up partially in used foudre (oak casks), so hardly any new oak influence. | Justin Smith for Saxum

...It's a brilliant bottle of wine, offering loads of ripe purple fruit, flowers, Jolly Rancher candy, and pepper. It's full-bodied, has a rounded, sexy, opulent mouthfeel, and one heck of a finish. As satisfying as they come, its up-front, hedonistic style is balanced beautifully by the cooler, elegant style of the 2021 vintage.
