This wine is a blend from our top Estate Chardonnay vineyards. The blend consists of fifty two percent from the Mid-40, forty two percent from the River Block, and six percent from Little Hill. It is a fine example of the unique characters from our property and the Russian River Valley. Complex aromas of spice, apple, pear, vanilla, and a touch of yeasty complexity combine with the rich apple flavors and crisp acidity. The 2023 Chardonnay Russian River Valley is a bright golden yellow color and is savory and fresh, with a lovely bouquet. The pure, ripe palate has fantastic clarity in its notes of fresh pineapple, fresh golden citrus, wet stones, and fresh white peach, and it has a long finish. Drink 2025-2035.
