Paloma Vineyard estate fruit is picked in multiple small lots, from late September to mid-November and is hand-crafted in the small lots. The 2013 is a blend of Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is fermented and then aged in French oak - 33% new - for 18 months before being bottled in the Spring and then bottle-aged for an additional 18 months. 2881 cases produced. | Paloma Vineyard
