The largest scaled of the Santa Lucia Highland releases, the 2015 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard is another beautiful, elegant wine (that's the style of the vintage) from this team that still has plenty of fruit. Offering lots of spice, framboise, dried flowers, scrub brush, and earth, it's elegant and silky on the palate, with medium to full-bodied richness and a great mid-palate. Made with roughly 25% whole clusters, it's a terrific expression of this site to drink over the coming 7-8 years. | 93 points, Jeb Dunnuck for jebdunnuck.comAromas of red rock, rust and dark berry character with a hint of slate. Full body, four square with a wonderful finish, lengthy and energetic. | Kosta Browne
