Alternatively, you may request to place your paid order hold for shipping during optimal weather conditions. DOMESTIC SHIPPING FedEx / UPS / GSO-GLS*
Domestic orders ship via common carrier 24-48 hours after orders are received and payment processing is complete. FedEx and UPS services are available in most States. Exclusions and restrictions are currently in place for the states of AL** - KY - MS - PA - UT .
**Shipping to the state of AL requires that you designate a state operated ABC location as your shipping address. Please use FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, or FedEx Express as your shipping option as ABC locations are considered a business address.
*GSO-GLS is a regional common carrier in the Western United States and is currently offered in CA - OR - WA - ID - NV - AZ - NM for the following flat-rates: 1-6 bottles $12.95 | 7-12 bottles $24.95 | 13-24 bottles $48.95. If your order contains more than 2 cases of wine we will contact you with a shipping quote for GSO service.

We Own our Real Inventory - it is updated in real time and items are in stock and ready to ship upon purchase. Your order is not outsourced to a supplier or third party vendor.
In extreme hot or cold weather conditions we will HOLD your wine for better weather and will notify you when your shipment is on the way.
Carrier insurance does not cover wine damage due to weather exposure.
To release a weather hold on your wines we must be notified in writing.
