2024 Jolie-Laide Trousseau Noir Red Blend | California 750ml

Trousseau leads with vibrant pomegranate and raspberry. Cabernet Pfeffer - once confused with Trousseau - brings a lift of fresh black pepper and rose hip. Gamay offers bright, juicy red fruit, while Poulsard adds a streak of vivid acidity.
Inspired by the wines of the French Alps, this "Outre Vin" is a distinctly California collage. Though labeled under a general California AVA, it resists easy classification. Each variety was fermented in tank - some partially carbonic, all whole cluster - and aged separately in neutral oak barrels.
