This classic white Bordeaux style wine is a blend of 61% Sauvignon Blanc and 39% Semillon. On the nose, notes of grapefruit, vibrant pear and hints of peach and tropical fruits dominate. The seductive medley of aromas leads seamlessly into a complex palate rich in minerality, refreshing acidity, and fruit flavors dominated by white peach, guava, honeysuckle, key lime and hints of kumquat.
