Our estate grown rose is made from 100% Malbec. We destem and press, then cold ferment to intensify the beautiful aromatics. The color is a lovely pale and watermelon pink. The aromatics are very inviting, with notes of watermelon hard candies, maraschino cherry, green apple and rose.The delicate pink color reminds us of its namesake: Yoshino Mountain in Japan, famous for its cherry blossoms. Moderate alcohol, refreshing acidity and a crisp, dry finish make this rose an easy choice with a variety of lighter fare (or by itself) for any warm weather occasion.
