Alma means "soul" in Spanish - and Cattleya is the national flower of her native country, Columbia. These wines are the perfect accompaniment to everyday meals and relaxing moments. Fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc is grown primarily in the Russian River Valley and along the Sonoma Coast. The grapes are harvested at night and immediately sorted at the winery. After pressing, the juice settles overnight.
