Though the blend has changed over the years, White Coat (named for Larry's past as an Emergency Room physician) comprises rich, textured Roussanne from Rattlesnake Ridge on Howell Mountain moderated by acidity and structure of Grenache Blanc from Pesenti Vineyard. Recently we've added a bit of Vermentino from Amador, as well as some extra Grenache Blanc and a little Verdelho from Lodi.
